Work method
Orchant has a professional sales team that attends to customers questions and orders. A question or order can be placed through email or by phone. Orders must be submitted with the brand and /or product name and article number. If information about a product is limited or not available, the sales team will immediately begin to research into this product free of charge. Depending on the gathered information the customer will be offered a quotation of the product and if available alternatives. Always with the intent to offer the customer adequate information to make an informed choice or decision. If the customer is satisfied a purchase order can be placed. Only, after the customer agrees to the submitted quotation the order will be placed for purchase. Depending on the product, delivery will take 2 to 3 weeks. Delivery time can of course be accelerated at extra costs. All products are delivered door to door.
